Overread - Cell phone

Many many years ago I made a comment about photographing a wild bird with a short lens, 50mm or less and I remember Overread getting a kick out of that idea and wanted to see that....well, challenge completed Wild Crow with LG G3 cellular phone

You know, I vaguely remember that!

You certainly did beat your own record with this one, though. That's pretty fast for a cell phone cam - and the bird cooperated with you.

Could have been a little sharper if I didn't disrespect my cell cam so much. the lens cover on this thing is beaten to piss, that is about as sharp as this poor phone can do anymore .

And, yes, he was very cooperative. I was able to get several shots from a handful of angles, sadly they were all junk due to the afore mentioned lens cover. He was a touch on the nervous side but otherwise calm. He allowed us to walk around and by him with in about a foot. We made a point to not "Pester" or touch him while still going about our regular things. With him camped out on our porch we had to be able to get by him in one way or another, he seemed to understand that. He ended up spending the night there on the bike and headed out in the morning. Hopefully he will tell his friends I ain't going to hurt them and maybe I can get more with my better gear in better light in the future.
