It's upon us again this weekend. So....
Who loves it?
Who hates it?
And which of us women would rather have (should we have a significant other who "loves" Valentine's Day gifts) photography gear over, say, chocolates or jewelry? ;)
I hate it, I figure it's a conspiracy with Hallmark behind it all.
That being said, I don't mind getting small(ish) gifts for my lovely wife.
This year, we were planning a nice supper (a real treat since we have both been strictly following the Canada food guide). However, my ball hockey league has scheduled me a game on the 14th at 8:00pm...so that sort of ruins our plans. :(
We'll just have to do it another day.

Well, tossing chocolates in there almost makes it too tough of a choice. :big grin:
BUT... I did just order some software for Valentines Day from Bill (aka Mr. Romantic). :p

Well...an engineer's brain is wired towards practical - but this also gets you canoes, right?
I'd actually welcome the excuse to eat a bunch of chocolates. So I have to take it as a sign of Tru Luv that I don't get any because, deep down, we both know I don't really need them!
I'd settle for a box of Fidelity 4x5 film holders. Now that's hot. :big grin:

I dunno. I guess I don't really like it. My kids expect another Christmas out of the day.
A perfect gift to me would be a payment on my credit card. When I want chocolate, I usually go buy it myself.

So, terri, did the cupid come through with those new 4x5 film holders?? ;)
I was given some huge chocolate-dipped strawberries. I guess that softened me up a bit... ;)
