I was given a broken Yashica A TLR. It's in the mail... I was told it's beyond repair. Hmm... Still, I'd like to try to restore it. At worst, I'll end up with a bunch of Japanese screws and parts for a Yashica TLR.

Nothing wrong with having the spare parts at your disposal, though, if it really can't be restored. We have one or two classics like that lying in wait, should they be needed, that we got for a song.
