I've been buying whole bean coffee form for many years now because I just prefer the fresh full bodied flavor. I only grind up a couple or three days at a time and keep it refridgerated.
Now there's another reason not to buy pre-ground coffee.....
I was listening to an interview with Doug Emlen, a professor of biology, about insects (...toss in my recent interest in macro photography here...) and he is particularly interested in the dung beetle.
Now, you are thinking I've slightly mad or gone off on on of my many tangents, no? I didn't take the detour.... the professor did.
Unless you want to listen to the entire interview, click on the link below, click on the Listen Now link and move the slider to MARK 34:46 and listen to the remainder 2 or three minutes.
