My first order from Impossible Project was for two 8-packs of PX 600 Silver Shade UV+. I shot them in my “One 600 Kit” the camera is point and shot. Out of the 2 pack none the shots where useable for one reason or another, but a lot for lack of focus.

Next I ordered 2 pack of PZ 600 Silver Shade UV+ this film fits the “Spectra” type cameras. My dad had one of these cameras; I liberated it for the closet.
Shooting with Spectra did not state out well. When I loaded the cartridge the dark slide jammed and would not inject. I scarified the first shot playing with the cartridge to getting it to load. Seem to me that the film was jamming on top of cartridge. The same thing happened again on the second cartridge but I remembered my changing bag. So far I’ve only shot one photo on the second pack. The temperature was in the range of 85-95f with the outside shots.

Out of the 7 shot from the first pack I got: 3 Ok’s or better, 2 out focus, 1 miss fire and, 1 not sure what happen

PS: Impossible Project has released their color film for the Spectra. Think about trying it but not sure I want spend more time or dollars on them at this point.

Hey, not bad! Especially the last one - it looks the most like a normal sepia tone. I'm guessing the flash helped with that?

I also really like the tonality of the first one: the flowers in front of the tree. Very rich, and actually quite nice contrast.

I'll have to agree with you about the cost of this stuff vs. the patchy results making it hard to keep trying it out. :(

Of course, I seriously want them to keep trying until they can solve their issues, and maybe the color film is pretty good. Have you seen any posted images from it yet?
