I had an exciting weekend. I photographed my first paying client! I put up flyers in a couple local business and I've had several contacts. Saturday was my first session.

This is the first photo to be processed. I'm hoping to finish the edits tonight.

Congrats, Christina! Exciting times indeed.

The pic is lovely...her skin looks so nice and creamy, and excellent focus on the eyes

Congratulations! The photo looks good to me but I don't know anything about portraits.

Wow, MM, big congratulations! You're really moving up in the world! I really like the portrait, here. If I may be so bold (and I'm not a portrait photographer, so please take this with a grain of salt), I'm not wild about the BG on this one. There are 3 dark spots at about mid-neck level (two on the viewer's left of the subject and one on the viewer's right) which are distracting. Those could be cleaned up pretty easily in PP. I'm also not wild about the vertical bars on the BG.
