Found a nice example of a Kine Exacta, with the "c" spelling. This is the Kine Exacta I, version 3 type 2, which is the rarer one, with three vacublitz synch holes rather than the type 1 which has only 2.

It's 1937 vintage and one of the earliest successfully marketed and sold 35mm SLR cameras. It's quite an oddity, winding lever is on the left and so is the shutter, on the front left panel, next to the lens. Also, an interesting extra, a film cutting device, with which you could cut the film in mid roll and switch to a different film. I'll post pictures after it arrives.
