Very nice! The colour and sharpness of the grass really appeals to me, as does the dark sky/clouds. The look of the leafless tree leaning into the wind is so wonderfully stark and moody. I just wish the far right hand side of the tree wasn't obscured by fog or a raindrop on the lens.

it was probably rain ... on days like that you hardly escape dry on Dartmoor ;)

I'm a tree lover myself and I’m always on the lookout for a lone specimen. Very nice shot and color certainly does this image proud.

Hm... how the heck did I miss this??? I love it! Lone tree; mist-shroud; clouds... a few of my favorite things! Great mood & composition.

I missed this one, too, apparently - I saw the title and thought it was new.

Beautiful image, Alex. Great weather that really enhances the landscape here and the barren tree.

I like the mood of this one! Love the green and yellow of the grass in the foreground.
