Excellent sky, but it looks like the field is slightly under exposed.

It'll be your monitor.
I use a Mac and if you are on a PC then you use a lower gamma.

I use a Mac also.... Maybe its just the sky is so colourful, I was expecting more colour in the ground also...

I love the deepening shade of blue in the sky as my eye travels upwards (as seen on my Mac monitor). And the clouds (especially the centre one) practically look 3D...I like that effect.

I do wish people would look at the whole picture.
Look at the diagonal on the grass and then look to see what the clouds are doing.
Once you see it it should change the picture for you.

I like how the lines of the field go off in the general direction of "stage right" and the clouds seem to be following along that path as well... almost like those huge balloons in a parade.

Must be a cannuck thing. I saw the dolphin too. I love the exposure on this, and how the lower half of the photo leads away from the pic, but the clouds seem to be crossing over and coming towards the frame.

I tried some back in the early 70's but it made the skins go all soggy.
