Hey, cool theme!
LOVE that first one...such an unusual arrangement of the 'stairs', and the flash of colour of the legs of the retreating person adds a certain something to the shot. And the greens in the second shot really grab me. And the converging lines and colours in the third one. Good stuff!

Number 1 is titled "Last-Minute Shopping" and it was shot at the end of a day in late December. About #3, I think you're the first person commenting on it (counting all the forums I've posted these). I find myself staring at it with my eyes wandering non-stop very often. It's the type of shot "about nothing" that most people don't care about, so thanks for stopping by :)
Love number 2, the greens remind me of home....

Great shots, but i think the first would benefit without the persons legs?
The second one really strikes me, great job!!

I love a shot that has texture, and these wet stones and the moss can practically be touched in this image! I love it.
I like the perspective in #4.
I generally don't go for tilted camera angles, but you were spot on to do it with #5 - looks great!
Very fun series, thanks for posting!

A shot without the legs was the one I was meaning for... but then the guy "invaded" my frame and I pressed the shutter out of spite :)
Thanks René, Matt-l, and Terri!

Ah, where're the Monty Python crew when we really need them?
"I'm Dim, of Scotland Yard."
Federico, it's great seeing your work again. I'd been away from the 'other' forum for awhile.
I find myself 'stairing' and 'stairing' at these. :big grin:

Thanks very much for your kind words, John. Haven't seen you post photos in a long while (other than those of your bike, that is). Great to see you've relocated here.
