Till we get the transport to the airport and its off to Hong Kong we go for a week. Never been before, but I'm hoping that it's more interesting than Riyadh and that the photo ops are better too. Which reminds me, must charge up all the batteries...

How exciting! I'm so jealous. My dad moved there 3 years ago and I still haven't made it over there. Have a great time and post lots of photos when you get back!

Does he have any recommendations on places to eat on the island? Always worth talking to someone who knows the place and can point a visitor in the right direction.

Tin Cheng (can't spell worht a darn) is agreat camera store. I have no idea where it is, but it is in the district with other camera stores. A friend of mine who lived in Hong Kong at the time purchased my Mamiya 7II from them and it was great. Even had English warrenties if anything went wrong. I got my whole kit for less than a 1/3 of what it would have cost in the USA

I sent an email to him, but I got an out of office reply. Hopefully I'll hear back from him in time.

Bon Voyage Chris!

Oh, and don't bother with playing trivia while you're gone. Just have a relaxing, stress free week .... (heehee)

Hello from the restaurant in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Been here 24 hours now. Interesting place, but we were too knackered to notice much. New day, new things to come.
