Friday13th (http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/03/090312-friday-13th.html)
Well are ya. Superstitous. Does it bother you that this is the second Friday the 13th in a row. ? Hail....did y'all even know?
Do you think it really has an effect on it, like it does with Chiller.
So far today, I have seen two road rage incidents, and a chick in the office here, get into a major heated argument with a chick in the building next door....right in our office, over a parking space.

Can't say I even noticed to be honest. The only thing that drew my attention to it was a shot on flick based around the film of the same name, and of course this thread. Having said that, Anne-Marie was getting fairly animated with the laptop earlier

The chick that snapped here is pretty...well...laid back. Multitasker, but to keep a long story short, I thought it was going to come to a slap fest.

Good day since I'm pain free today. Bad day since i had to take a double dose of oxycodin to do it. Friday the 13th because I ran out of imitrex for my migraines a few days ago. I had reordered via the mail order company we have to go through via our insurance carrier. They are out of the imitrex since they are switching it to the new generic version. If it is cheaper i will go for it. Yet I'm out and migraines don't keep a schedule. So I had my dr call in to a local pharmacy to get a one months supply while the mail order is out. They won't fill it since when i reordered via the mail order it went into some mysterious drug data base and well it would be getting according to them a double perscription. I could have it if I paid full pop retail for it. Imitrex for 2 pills would cost me, Hang onto your panties) $50. I'm a cheapskate on top of it all. So I resorted to oxycodin and being really fuzzy today. Tomorrow starts the snail mail complaints. Since both IBM United Health Care and Medco won't take complaints any other way. ARGHHHH now Friday the 13th has bitten, I'm going back to my fuzzy zone and contimplate the evil I can do to buearcracies (if I could spell it)

When you type your response, there is a button marked "advanced". If you select that one instead of the "submit" one, you'll see a whole slew of those little devils! Plus, there is a link called "more" at the bottom of that page. It opens up another window with all the ones on the 'advanced' page plus.. well, more! If you click on the little picture of the emoticon, it will appear wherever your cursor is in the message. Hope this helps! :goodvibes:

Jeez Aggie...I hope you get some relief soon. I've been down for the count (two days) with a back ailment but a bottle of advil and a good book has done the trick.
Get well soon girly...

Monday is coming. It is the first of two scheduled procedures i go through next week. Monday is whey they go in with a long needle to a certain nerve near the liver that may be spasming and anethsitize it for a while to see if that will stop the pain. Then next Friday they go in with cameras and scope out my whole mid section to see what they can find and what damage was dome by the botched surgery other than the damage to the liver. Needless to say right now drugs are doing the trick. I go through maybe 40 of those 1000mg oxycodin in about 3 months time. I'm a real addict. Just don't take my imitrex fro migraines away from me. That is war. Could have been worse. Could have had the camera work done this Friday the13th. But with my luck with surgeons lately, I waited a week.

Back to topic: we are supposed to have three Friday the 13th's in 2009...this one was #2.
I think the next one isn't until later in the year, maybe November...? I can't complain about the first two, so here's hoping #3 is just as uneventful!

Saturday the 14th almost turned out to be Friday the 13th. Some absent minded chicky on a cell phone did not see the red light, and even tho I had the green, she decided that....red was not good enough, and went through it, almost hitting my passenger side. It was close enough, that, lucky for me, I dont have a trunk(I drive a Toyota Echo RS Hatchback) or I would have lost that. :raisedbrow:
Then I go abandoned house hunting, and find a nice place. All deserted and all, but I could have sworn there was somebody in the window.

Wow! I was abandoned house hunting earlier today. When I was about to enter through a window, I saw what I could've sworn was somebody right out of a crypt. Talk about freaky coincidences

Did ya get any shots? Hmm..maybe we can talk Terri into having an Abandoned themed gallery here.
The place I found was strange. It was change off...no tresspassing signs, even a "smile your on camera" sign. It was obvious by the shape of the property/landspapes and all that nobody has lived there for while. What also was wierd....there were power and tv cable wires hanging from the house but there was a light on in the back room. I am just uploading the pics to see if I can see the face in the window again. :raisedbrow:

My well-documented clown phobia comes back to haunt me, I see. Your new avatar alone is freaking me out!
All I need to know is that there is a healthy consensus for adding a certain kind of Gallery. We all know the reasons for not having too many, but while we're still small we could certainly add something for our Ghostly/Darkside type of images. Aggie, I bet you do have a lot of stuff from your part of the country. Western ghost towns...wheeee! ;)
So let's think of what we should call it that would envelope all these types of photo shoots. I'm game to build it - but you guys have to name it and help with a forum description. Eh?

What if there was a sub gallery for now. Not sure about a title, but we have lots of time to think about it . It was just a passing idea. Chiller had mentioned it to me the other night. But I have seen on a few forums, that Abandoned places, Cemeteries, and Ghostly things, seem to be a hidden attraction for people. It is like Voyerism....people like to watch, but only a chosen few participate.:lol::lol::lol:
