This print was made from a digital negative - a first for me! You can follow that whole process in this thread (http://www.thephotobeat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=12626#post12626).

This is an undated picture of my late grandmother, that my mom came across and asked me to salvage and hand color.

Printed on Agfa MCC 118.

I really like this. It has something I can't put my finger on that keeps me looking at it. Good job.

It's beautiful! It's extra special because you took the time to do it right. I know she'll love it.

Thanks, guys! I like looking at it better from my home monitor, this work monitor is poorly calibrated and she looks very peachy.

It's a haunting expression, isn't it? She smiled for the camera in every picture I have of her, until this one. This is the one my grandpa carried for years. :)
