Release for donating photos

I'm donating photos to a couple of not-for-profit organizations for their use exclusively on their own website and print materials. I want to make sure they don't sell the photos or give them to third parties for their use on websites, etc. I'm retaining ownership and such.

Does anybody have a template release that I could use? I've been searching for almost an hour on Google and haven't been able to find anything.

Invisible, I was recently asked by a nonprofit if they could use some of my photos on their website. I just asked that the copyright ownership be posted with the photos, which they did. I'm not familiar with Canadian copyright law and my insurer would faint if I gave you legal advice. I used to know the U.S. copyright laws pretty well, though, and making sure that the copyright ownership was posted was enough for me.

Just print out two copies of the quote above and have them sign them. Give them a copy and keep one for yourself.
