From one of my backlogged rolls! Does this work? I want to print next week, so I'm looking at stuff on these rolls. Thanks for your input!

It certainly works for me! I love wooden structures in photographs, and the arrangement of the clouds nicely fills the frame. I also really like the windblown look of the branches on the tallest tree.

This is a yummy negative, lots to enjoy! I'd love to see you make a print of this one. Such a pretty summery scene.

Thanks! Yep, I'll be cleaning up the darkroom this week (poor thing has cobwebs from lack of use). And next week, I'll be printing! This is one of my favorites. Sugar Island, Michigan where Bill grew up. You have to take a ferry from Sault Ste. Marie, MI to get there. This view is looking out over the St. Mary's river toward Sault Ontario!

The skies there always seem to be gorgeous! I'll have to post one of my sunset pics from there! (in living color) hahaha That tree I do not think has changed in the 23 years Bill & I have gone up there! I am very glad of that & always take its picture. :)

Great story! Seems like the kinds of places that take some effort to get to are always the most photogenic. Love the idea of re-visiting trees year after year.

I'm going to have make myself a scheduled date for some printing, too.
