I like this dock so much that I almost wish the lighthouse wasn't there! ;)

Love the shot...the warmth of the fading sunlight on the wooden posts is beautiful, and one's eye is certainly drawn into the pic and down the dock.

One funny thing with this shot... try to find a straight line. :lol:

I'm always like "is it level? Well that post is level, but oh wait... the dock is... no wait, it's not level over there... wait, is that wood curved? AAAAA!!!" :lol:

Know what you mean, since I come from slanted and curvy country. Sometimes the answer is perspective correction. Sometimes it's picking something to be a straight line even though you know it isn't, really, but it'll seem that way to the viewer.
